Communication Guidelines

  • Permitted Use: Radio and telephone communications are allowed in the event area.

  • Frequency Requests: Each side's HQ may request dedicated radio frequencies. The organizer will allocate these frequencies.

  • Right to Modify: The organizer retains the right to alter frequencies without explanation.

  • Prohibited Frequencies: A list of prohibited frequencies will be provided by the organizer.

  • Equipment Restrictions: Devices that interfere with radio or GPS operations are strictly forbidden in the event area.
