# General principles

**Transport Vehicle Participation Requirements**

* Participants must register their transport vehicles with the organiser using the provided form.

**Driver and Vehicle Requirements**

* **Vehicle:**
  * Must be in good technical condition with a valid MOT certificate.
  * Must have valid third-party insurance.
* **Driver:**
  * Must possess a valid driving licence.
* The organiser may verify vehicle documentation. Non-compliance will result in removal from the event site.

**Vehicle Equipment Requirements**

* The vehicle must include:
  * A front windscreen.
  * Front doors on both the driver's and passenger's sides.
  * A fire extinguisher.
  * A first aid kit.
  * Marking indicating vehicle type on the windscreen.
  * A coloured card with an 'X', placed behind the passenger-side front windscreen.
